There seems to be big interest in the goings on at the Tipp site, I've never seen it but it sounds like a hoot.
Why can't we all just get on? It seems like being an anonymous forum member is akin to politics/religion at their worst.
Get it out, what forums do you post on/browse.
I look in on t f k most days(can't explain why) and used to post on the PROC, still look in there also.

This is the only one I post on. I look at Res Dubs for info purposes and local club results. I used to post there but got banned for not going along with the "ra ra ra, you better not say anything critical about anyone" policy they have over there. Much of it is utter crap and, as I said, it's only really good for checking club results/cclub match reports.

I've only looked at boards.ie a few times-never contributed to it. Apart from that, this is the only forum.

Occasionally look at Res Dubs.
Used to look at KK cats once in a blue moon, its club discussion used be intresting but the inter county section thre was awful.

Only post here.
I was registered on reservoirdubs but got out after a day or so when I realised that, as D2 says, it's not a discussion forum, it's a blind admiration society, Dubs great-Culchies bad.
Look at PROC and thefreekick every now and again. No interest in posting on either tbh.

Just AFR for me and used to check out clarehurlers but I'd say there haven't been 50 posts on it this year. Just looked at TFK for the first and last time yesterday.
Can't beat the banter (even if it does go overboard sometimes), humour, slagging, info and the layout with ease of use for this site. In saying that the amount of soccer threads will probably turn me off until after Christmas.

Uibh Fhaili is the only other one I look at, but contribute to it rarely. The topics aren't as diverse as here.

I've said it before, it's like Cheers and Gary's, guys who spent half their lives on here line up over there to have a go at us. I await the response to this thread.

One guy with multiple usernames slagging off another forum, and he has the gall to call thefreekick juvenile!
The GAA analysis on TFK is far superior to most of the crap on here, mainly because you are not sifting through the endless amount of poor wums and guys with multiple user names.
It has a good few soccer threads but at least they are on going threads for a team or league. Unlike here where the board is constantly clogged up with which footballer farted and who got blamed.
The lads running it also seem to have a sense of humour, and are not mod heavy which adds to banter.
The two can happily exist but the powers that be here have been shown up too many times by members over there to let the agenda drop.

They spend their days talking about this site because tfk is so rubbish, with only aboUt 8 lads on it all the time, compared to AFR which is the no1 GAA website on the net

You'll generally find a good bit more intelligence behind the humour there than on here.
